S&S Property Management Company offers single family homes, condos, duplexes and apartments specializing in the West Sacramento area including Southport, Broderick, Bridgeway Lakes and Bryte. We also offer properties available in the greater Sacramento area such as Natomas and Downtown.
 

       You can stop by our office 24 hours a day to pick up a current available list and applications to rent. Or view our available and upcoming properties here online. Property updates takes place every Friday afternoon. Once you have chosen from our availability list, please drive by the homes of interest and contact our office for an appointment at: (916) 371-1870. We require combined income levels to be three times the monthly rental amount with no legal evictions and verifiable rental or mortgage history. Qualified co-signer are accepted for lack of rentals history or certain credit issues. All homes require a lease and a minimum of six months.
