S&S Property Management Company offers single family homes, condos, duplexes and apartments specializing in the West Sacramento area, including Southport, Broderick, Bridgeway Lakes and Bryte. We also offer properties available in the greater Sacramento area such as Natomas and Downtown.
 

       You may stop by our office 24 hours a day to pick up a current available list and application to rent. You may also view our available and upcoming properties online. Property updates take place every Tuesday and Friday afternoon. Once you have chosen from our availability list, please drive by the homes of interest and contact our office for an appointment at: (916) 371-1870. We require combined income levels to be three times the monthly rental amount with no legal evictions, and verifiable rental or mortgage history. Qualified co-signers are accepted for lack of rental history or certain credit issues. All homes require a lease and a minimum of a six month rental term.
